I.D. Cards The PC Cub Card is the official Phoenix College ID card. It is the cardholder's proof of affiliation with the college. Students must have their PC Cub Card with them while at Phoenix Colllege. The Office of Student Life and Leadership will issue I.D. cards during regular business hours. You must have your I.D. card with you while at Phoenix College if you wish to:
In order to receive your I.D. you must have a copy of your paid registration receipt and another form of photo I.D. Phoenix College no longer requires students to update their I.D. card each semester. Your I.D. card is good for three years. There will be a replacement fee of $5.00 for all lost I.D. cards less than three years old. Students taking 12 credit hours or more may receive a discount bus voucher (subsidized by the Maricopa County Community Colleges District Office) for a monthly bus pass ($24) or a semester pass ($80). Students must provide a current copy of their schedule of classes when requesting a voucher. Supplies are limited. Two services are provided by the Office of Student Life and Leadership to assist you in finding housing:
The Office of Student Life and Leadership provides forms for advertising rentals and roommate requests or you may provide a flier for the Housing Board. Fliers can also be posted on information kiosks throughout the Phoenix College campus. The Office of Student Life and Leadership must stamp fliers before they are posted. The Office of Student Life and Leadership does not screen housing cards and fliers. You are encouraged to ask for references and interview potential roommates. The Book Board, located in the upper level of Hannelly Center, may be used to buy/sell your books. Cards to advertise books for sale are provided in the Office of Student Life and Leadership (lower level). Several boards are available
on campus for the posting of materials. The item to be posted must be
stamped in the Office of Student Life and Leadership. Items are to be
posted only on designated information boards. Outdated items will be removed
every week. For detailed posting policies contact the Office of Student
Life and Leadership. Student medical/accident insurance information may be obtained through the Office of Student Life and Leadership. The necessary forms for filing an accident claim are also available.
