The Urban Teacher Corps (UTC) is a teacher development program housed at Phoenix College in Phoenix, Arizona.

The program supports and encourages urban classified school district employees as they matriculate from any of the ten Maricopa Community Colleges, transfer to Arizona State University, obtain Arizona teacher certification and return to their schools districts as teachers.

Mission

To facilitate the development of school district employees through the completion of a teaching degree in either Elementary Education with a Multilingual/Multicultural focus,
or a Special Education degree.
