in the past 2 semesters, you need to complete the Student
Information Form (application form)
prior to processing

IMPORTANT!
Be sure to do the PIN MAINTENANCE section of the
registration part of the process first. If you do not input
your correct PIN you cannot register.
If you do
not have a PIN follow the instructions on the Maricopa
Online registration page to set one up for the first time.
If you encounter any problems registering online, call
