Official Transcripts
To request an official transcript in writing you will need to send a
letter with:

• your name
• your date of birth
• your social security number
• an address to which you wish to have the transcript sent
• your signature

Or order it online .

The cost per official copy is $5.00.

Unofficial Transcripts
If you wish to receive an unofficial copy then there is no charge. The requests still must have the students signature on it in order to be processed.
