Phoenix College WebCT Hotline
The WebCT Hotline will give you WebCT technical support. They can help you with navigation problems, using the various tools, such as email, discussion boards, and attachments and other WebCT related problems. The WebCT Hotline does not adjust due dates, or help with course content such as explaining or doing your assignments or quizzes. For course content and course materials issues contact the instructor. For problems with your Internet Service Provider (ISP), please contact them directly. Please be sure you have the correct hardware and software, as the WebCT hotline can give only minimum support for these problems.
When using the WebCT hotline via email or phone, please give your name,
course, section number, then describe your problem in as much detail as possible.
