Notes from April 13, 2004 Meeting

Present: Ann Roselle (Chair), Linn Dowd, and Linda
Offenberg.
Annual Report
The committee reviewed the 2003-2004 Annual Report. No changes
were suggested. Ann will submit to Brent Jameson.
Department Chair Meeting
The committee reviewed the materials to be distributed at
the Department Chair meeting on April 15th. It was recommended
to produce the flyer on card stock. In reviewing the form
for the curriculum map, it was suggested that "courses" be
changed to "additional courses" and to add "additional persons
to contact".
Assessment Day
The committee discussed presentation options for Assessment
Day. Ann will contact Brent Jameson to confirm that Assessment
Day is still being held on April 22nd.
It was agreed that the committee members will use email to
continue communicating and planning.
