Can a single choice to behave in a certain way, made by a consciously reflecting and freely choosing person, be simultaneously morally evil, and innocent?

Let's begin with a metaphor from Aristotle. He says that a person's vision of what is morally right and what is morally wrong is analogous to the vision of a night bird at mid-day.

An immoral act (theologically a sin). . . . . .what effect on the innocense or guilt does a condition of ignorance have? (remember to include the distinction between vincible and invincible ignorance). . . . . What effect on the innocense or guilt does a condition of blinding passion have? (remember to include the distinction between antecedant and consequent passion). . . . .And lastly, is there such a thing as malice?
