Practice times are available at Rose Mofford Sports Complex on Wednesday May 16, 2001 from 8-4.

- Banquet will be held at Pinnacle Peak Patio Wednesday May 16, 2001 at 6:30 P.M. http://www.pppatio.com
- Cost is $30 / person. Banquet ticket form will be enclosed in your tournament packetor on the Internet. Parents and guests are welcome.
- Dress is western casual.
- An all you can eat buffet style serving of steak, chicken, beans, potatoes, apple pie a-la-mode, lemonade and ice tea will be served.
- A short program featuring Ralph Weekly, Olympic Softball Coach will be presented during dinner.
- Live band and line dance lessons are provided after dinner.
- Old-time western pictures are available at a discounted price.
- T-shirt Exchange and momento exchange will also be held after dinner
Coaches meeting will be held in conjunction with the banquet on Wednesday night at Pinnacle Peak Patio Restaurant.
Opening ceremonies will be held at Phoenix College Thursday at 9:00 A.M. bring a school flag or banner.
Closing Ceremonies and Awards Presentation
- Closing ceremonies will follow the championship games on Saturday.
- Awards will include Champion, Runner-up, Outstanding Coach, Most Valuable Player, and All-Tournament Team.
- Single Day Tickets - $10.00
- Tournament passes good for admission to all games-$20.00
- Team passes-each team will be issued one pass for each roster player and 3 coaches. All other must purchase entrance.
- VIP passes-A limited number of VIP passes are available for College Presidents, Athletic Directors, and other special guests. Please contact tournament director for information.
- Tournament programs will be available for purchase on site.
- The tournament director must receive all information, rosters, and pictures by May 1, 2001 to be included in the program.
- Fax us your roster.
Game statistics will be provided for each game.
Game results will be posted to web site following each game.
- Visitor parking will be available at no charge.
- Team van parking-please see site map at check-in.
Restrooms facilities are available at all game sites.
- Food and tournament memorabilia will be available at game sites.
- Tournament T-shirts may be purchased in advance. T-shirt order form will be enclosed in your tournament packet, or fax us your order.
A hospitality area for coaches will be provided at game sites.
