Maple 6

Find the Title V Software on the right hand of the screen
Select (click once) the Math Software option
Select Maple 6 from the Math Software menu
Maple should be ready to work on
There are two input modes to work on: Command mode and Text mode
In order to execute a calculation, Maple must be in command mode
The [> symbol next to the cursor on the computer screen indicates that Maple is in command mode
In order to write an explanation to a lab question, Maple must be in text mode (so that it acts like a word processor)
To put Maple in text mode, click the T icon on the tool bar
To save your documents, first go to File the scroll to Save As
Look for the drives box click on it and set it on the A Drive
Then enter a file name and click Save
If you want to exit an activity you are working on, click on file the scroll down to Exit
