What is the AzTEC program?

The Arizona Teacher Excellence Coalition (AzTEC) is a grant funded by the Department of Education. This statewide partnership involves the three Arizona Regents' Universities, targeted community colleges, and partner school districts.

The AzTEC program is designed to recruit teacher candidates, enhance and promote the skills of teachers in areas of mathematics and the sciences, and increase the number of incoming quality teachers in Arizona schools.

The AzTEC program also offers a scholarship to aid in your academic endeavors.
