The Premier Program Developing Women "Leaders" in Community Colleges

The National Institute for Leadership Development (NILD) provides leadership development opportunities for women in Community Colleges across the country and around the world.

Over the course of our 27 years of successes, we have built an international coalition of more than 6,000 women leaders and several hundred highly effective leadership teams of men and women.

Our Leaders excel through collaboration, encourage and support each other, recognize that many styles of leadership co-exist, and build their professional talents on a strong personal foundation.

NILD helps you make leadership flourish at every level in your organization.
