(PHOENIX, Ariz., Sept. 20,
2004) - The Phoenix College Business Department will award a total of
$13,400 in scholarships to 35 students during a recognition ceremony on
Monday, Sept. 27. The ceremony will begin at 6 p.m. in the Bulpitt Auditorium
and will feature Phoenix College alumnus and guest speaker, Maria Silva.

($500 awards to female Business students graduating Fall 2004 from
a two-year Business degree program and who agree to use funds for further
study in Business at the university level.)
