Phoenix College will
host the 6th Annual Grandparent's University: The Dynamics of Grandparenting
In the 21st Century on Saturday, Oct. 30. This conference is structured
for those grandparents raising grandchildren, as well as kinship caregivers.
The Dynamics of Grandparenting
In the 21st Century conference will offer workshops with knowledge-based
materials that identify various issues, including the stress and joy of
caring for grandchildren. The conference will also provide for opportunities
to learn, discuss and explore the various challenges that families face.

~Early Brain Development: What's all the Fuss About?
~Legal Custody Issues
~Parenting/Adolescents
~Intergenerational Story Hour
