International Education Committee Presents Lecture on Study Abroad Programs in Mexico


(PHOENIX, Ariz., Nov. 4, 2003) – Pack your bags and get ready for an adventure in Mexico!

Whether you dream of visiting Guanajuato, the city of incredible charm, or crave an international learning experience in Xalapa, the Phoenix College Foreign Language Department can make your dreams come true.

On Friday, Nov. 14, Dr. Trino Sandoval, Chair of the Foreign Language Department at Phoenix College will present an overview on the study abroad opportunities in Mexico. His lecture will concentrate on study abroad programs in Hermosillo, Xalapa, Cuernavaca and Guanajuato.

Dr. Sandoval has been the director of Vamos - a Guanajuato program and instructor for Vamos - a Mexico Summer program for practicing and aspiring educators and social workers.
