(PHOENIX, Ariz., Nov. 6, 2003) – The Phoenix College Foreign Language Department will present "14" on Thursday, Nov. 13 at 7 p.m. in the Bulpitt Auditorium.

A play written by José Casas, "14" is based on the deaths of 14 immigrants found in the Arizona desert in 2001. The play presents characters from both sides of the border and the stories combine serious drama with humor and heroic triumph.

Christina Marín directs the production, which stars Barbara Acker, Christopher Miller, Christina Marín and Adrián Villalpando.
