College Sizzles with Array of Noncredit Classes To Shape Up The Body

As the summer months begin to heat up, Phoenix College helps students slim down and get into shape with an array noncredit classes especially designed to stimulate the mind and reshape the body. With six-week classes ranging from intermediate pilates to beginning dance, there is literally something for everyone.

Some classes include:

--Intermediate Pilates
--Intermediate Yoga
--Lunchtime Abs
--Yogilates
--Qigong
--Beginning Dance (Includes Salsa, Samba, Swing, etc.)
