Phoenix College Teaches Students How to
"Think Like the Rich and Increase Cash Flow"

WHAT:

Phoenix College will offer two sections of the personal finance course, EPS 102 - Rich Dad's CASHFLOW®, based on International best-selling books, Rich Dad Poor Dad and the CASHFLOW® Quadrant by Robert Kiyosaki and Sharon Lechter.

The EPS 102 - Rich Dad's CASHFLOW® course will help students gain financial literacy, learn how to think like the rich, and increase their cash flow.

Students can expect to learn:

--How the cash flow patterns of the rich differ from the middle class and the poor;
--The real difference between assets and liabilities;
--About the three asset classes and how to leverage assets;
--The difference between good debt and bad debt;
--The roles that cash flow and capital gains play in building assets; and,
--The seven levels of investors.

The class will teach participants that they do not need to have a high income to become rich. Students will be given the tools needed to apply to real-world situations and personal finance matters.
