Romance Novelist to Teach New Romance Writing Class

 

(Phoenix, Ariz., Jan. 15, 2004) - Award winning novelist and Scottsdale resident, Connie Flynn will teach Topics in Writing Fiction – Writing the Romance Novel at Phoenix College this Spring. As a best-selling author of 10 romance novels, which include romantic suspense, romantic adventure, romantic comedy and paranormal romance, Flynn will present students with the opportunity to analyze, write and revise romantic fiction or elements within the genre.

WHO:

Connie Flynn’s novels span the romance sub-genres of paranormal, romantic suspense and humor. Her paranormal novels have consistently hit industry and on-line best-seller lists and have also received several writing award nominations. Her most recent book, The Dragon Hour, received the PRISM Award for best time-travel romance. She is currently working on a trilogy based on her best-selling werewolf romance series.

She has previously conducted classes and workshops and has spoken at a number of conferences, including Memphis’ Duel on the Delta, Wisconsin’s The Write Touch, The Arizona Library Association convention and the Arizona RWA Chapter’s Desert Dreams conference.

Flynn is also a member of Romance Writers of America, Sisters in Crime, Novelist, Inc. and The Writers Guild.
