(PHOENIX, Ariz., Jan. 22, 2004) – Phoenix College Business Club advisor and instructor, Darrell Carnahan, recently welcomed hundreds of valley high school students to the Phoenix College campus for the Arizona DECA Central Area Winter Conference.

As sponsors of the event, faculty of the Phoenix College Business Department encouraged students to consider their program after high school graduation and invited them to return for an advisement session on their business degrees and certificates.

DECA, a national association for marketing students, prepares students for the industry through association workshops and conferences.

The Arizona DECA Central Area Winter Conference allowed students to attend workshops ranging from food marketing to E-commerce.
