(PHOENIX, Ariz., Jan. 3, 2005) - Spring registration is currently underway at Phoenix College.

Whether a serious student seeking a certificate and/or associate degree, transferring to a four-year institution or exploring a class for fun, Phoenix College offers a number of traditional and nontraditional classes for virtually every student. Spring courses range from Victim Assistance and Male-Female Communication to Kung Fu and Career and Personal Development. Most classes are only $55 per credit hour.

For more than 80 years, students have taken advantage of the nationally recognized programs at Phoenix College including gerontology, dental hygiene, fire science, emergency medical technology, mathematics, art, graphic design, creative writing and administration of justice, as well as coursework leading to a university baccalaureate degree.

The Admissions & Records Office is open Monday-Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The office will be closed for the holidays from December 25 – January 3.
