Spring 2005 Student Orientation Set for Jan. 8

(PHOENIX, Ariz., Jan. 3, 2005) - The Phoenix College Office of Recruitment and Retention will offer the Spring 2005 new student orientation on Saturday, Jan. 8. The free orientation will be jam packed with important information for new and current students. The event will get underway at 8 a.m. in the Bulpitt Auditorium.

New and continuing students are encouraged to mark their calendars and get ready to hear the latest strategies for college success. The event is free; however, students must register for NC 500, section 9000 to attend.

  • SAIL - Student Activities, Involvement and Leadership
  • Dazed and Confused? - Discover Services, Explore Careers, Job Opportunities, Programs of Study and much more
  • University Bound - What You Need to Ensure a Smooth Transfer
  • Strategies for College Success
  • Calling all PC Parents and Significant Others * Bilingual session - all efforts will be made to provide interpreters for languages requested in advance.
  • Scholarships - How to Apply and Be Successful!
