Nursing Program Adds 40 Students To Block I Rotation

(PHOENIX, Ariz., Aug. 25, 2003) – The Phoenix College Nursing Program officially added 40 new students for Fall 2003 as they kicked off the semester with a new student orientation/luncheon. The new Block I students had an opportunity to meet faculty and fellow students as well as tour labs and acquaint themselves with the demands of the program.

As all new students were welcomed into the program and briefed on the program’s expectations, many also received free raffle prizes and college bookstore gift certificates.

Also, six lucky students walked away with $50 gift certificates from the Bookstore, which could be used to purchase required textbooks. Winners included Rhonda Monroe, Terrlyn Pusher, Sarah Jordan, Keri Willis, Diane Dick and Suzan Adams.
