Health Program Boosts Inner and Outer Strength
Late-start classes still available

(PHOENIX, Ariz., Aug. 26, 2003) – Whether you wish to start off your day with an invigorating yoga class or want to give your self esteem a little boost, the Phoenix College Health Enhancement Department has a wide variety of late-start classes available to meet your specific needs.

For those of you who enjoy the outdoors, sign up now for golf or hiking. If you’re looking to unwind or clear your mind, try one of the program’s dynamic yoga or tai chi classes. However, if joining the Fitness Center is more your style, take advantage of their open enrollment.

It’s time to focus on health and well-being.
