Account Creation Help

Your First Name and Last Name need to be entered in the account creation form exactly as they appear in the student registration system. Do not use nicknames, middle names, or titles. Names are case-sensitive.

For example, Michael J. Smith would be entered as:

First Name:
Last Name:

LuAnn Martinez would be entered as:

First Name:
Last Name:

Sara Ames Jordan would be entered as:

First Name:
Last Name:

Tim Cooper, Jr. would be entered as:

First Name:
Last Name:

Marie Monnin-Haught would be entered as:

First Name:
Last Name:
