SHORT FILM #5 Watashi-wa Lowrider (USA/Japan, 2010) Dir. Luke Dorset

This documentary short film examines how the Lowriding culture that originally started here by Chicanos in the Southwest has transcended borders, cultures and languages to the far east for over 25years. Luke shot this film over the course of 10 year’s. The land of the rising sun has embraced Lowriding as their own respecting tradition and aesthetic but adding their own twist.
