Students, please contact the Student Helpdesk at 1(888) 994-4433. They are available 24/7 and have the ability to help with my.maricopa.edu (creating accounts, re-seting passwords, trouble printing transcripts, etc.)
Our Faculty and Staff Helpdesk, located in D-103, is standing by to answer your questions or troubleshoot any problems you may experience, and can assign one of our highly trained technicians to assist you on-site if necessary. We can also help with securing the best prices for your department's technology purchasing needs, and ensure that they meet college specifications for system compatibility and support.
We are responsible for the creation and maintenance of PCLAN, Memo and Corporate Calendar accounts for the campus. Let us know if you need to have an account created or password reset. Please be sure to contact us first if you need computers or telephones moved. We'll help facilitate those transitions to minimize your downtime.
