Phoenix College may modify start dates in order to meet special needs. Dates listed which are directly related to instruction refer to the traditional academic year. **The final exam schedule can be found in the class schedules. Final exams for classes meeting only on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays will be held on the last class meeting of the semester.
Fee Payment Deadlines:
Payment due dates are determined by the start date of each class. Students will not be issued a printed invoice. It is the student's responsibility to check his/her Online Student Center at My.maricopa.edu for the payment amount and due date for each class. Students may pay online or sign up for an eCashier payment plan directly from their Online Student Center. The college reserves the right to cancel enrollment for student who do not pay by their due date, as noted in their Online Student Center at My.maricopa.edu.
Fee Delete Dates:
Those dates set by the College to drop students from classes for failure to pay their tuition. Students enrolled in regular 16 week courses must pay their tuition by the date indicated on his/her Online Student Center at My.maricopa.edu. If payment does not occur by the due date, the student's enrollment may be cancelled. Students who have received a scholarship or financial aid award may not have their enrollment cancelled.
Please Note:
- Unpaid enrollments may be cancelled
- If a student does not want to remain in class, the student must officially withdraw. Failure to officially withdraw may result in a financial obligation to the college, whether or not the student attends class.
- 100% refund schedule can be found in the class schedule.
The Phoenix College Administration reserves the right to cancel classes based on class size or to make other changes as needs require. Failure to read this notice does not excuse students from the rules and procedures described herein. Personal factors, illness, or contradictory advice from any source are not acceptable grounds for seeking exemption from these rules and regulations.
