Instructional Manual - Basic Exercise Principles

Introduction

The introduction helps students learn the following:

1. How to navigate using the Next, Previous, and Rewind buttons
2. How to use the resources button
3. Instructional learning objectives
4. Directions on how to proceed through the instruction

Procedures:

1. Student should click on the "Introduction" link on the left of the screen.
2. Proceed through the screens using the navigation buttons at the bottom of the screen.
3. When complete, the student will be instructed to click on the "Five Elements" link on the left navigation bar to continue to the next section.
