Five Elements of Fitness

Goal: Teach the learners about the basic categories of fitness.

Objectives:

  1. Students will view basic defintions on Cardiovascular Endurance, Muscle Strength, Muscle Endurance, Flexibility, and Body Composition.

Procedures

  1. When the student selects the “Five Elements ” link on the web site, the instruction will proceed. Students will be directed through each step.
  2. Students are encouraged to take notes.
  3. When completed, students will be asked to select the "Cardiovascular" link on the left navigation bar.
