Five Elements of Fitness
Goal: Teach the learners about the basic categories of fitness.
Objectives:
- Students will view basic defintions on Cardiovascular Endurance, Muscle Strength, Muscle Endurance, Flexibility, and Body Composition.
Procedures
- When the student selects the “Five Elements ” link on the web site, the instruction will proceed. Students will be directed through each step.
- Students are encouraged to take notes.
- When completed, students will be asked to select the "Cardiovascular" link on the left navigation bar.
