WebCT ID


WebCT ID's are generally available approximately 2 weeks prior to the start of your course. You will not be able to access WebCT courses until the start date. You can check on the start date of your course by accessing the course schedule.

WebCT ID'sYour WebCT ID is your Maricopa Enterprise ID (MEID). It is the same ID that is used to access Blackboard and the Computer Commons account.

There are 3 methods for finding your WebCT ID (MEID):

MEID Account Wizard

  1. Go to MEID Account Wizard (https://eims.maricopa.edu/MAW/MAW.html).
  2. Follow the steps in the MEID Account Wizard tool to retrieve your MEID and to set up your my.maricopa.edu account. 
  3. Once logged into my.maricopa.edu, you should also be able to retrieve your 8 digit password within the “Demographic Data” area of the Student Center.  The password will be listed as your “ID”.

WebCT ID Request Form

  1. If you are unable to find your WebCT ID (MEID), you can also use the "Request a WebCT ID" form to try and find your ID. This method is based on having up-to-date information in your my.maricopa.edu Student Center account. If you have not created, or accessed, your account please do so to ensure that accurate information is entered (name, address, email, etc).
  2. Fill in all fields on the form and click the "Submit" button. If your information is available, you should be able to retrieve your WebCT ID (MEID) online.
  3. If your email address is correct in your my.maricopa.edu account, you can also have your password emailed directly to you.

WebCT Hotline

As a last resort, you can call the WebCT Hotline at 602.285.7428 during normal hours of operation and request your WebCT ID. Depending on the call demand, you may need to leave a detailed voice mail and personnel will return your call as quickly as possible.
