The Chemistry Department is one of the original departments of Phoenix College, dating to the 1920's. Two dozen lecture and laboratory courses provide a range of chemistry education from preparatory mathematics, fundamental, general and organic chemistry, as well as independent study.
There are chemistry classes on weekdays, afternoons, evenings and Saturdays. Your teachers and other instructors are available for help and consultation. Free tutoring is also available. Although the study of chemistry can be challenging, we want you to succeed!
