The AAS in Adult Corrections is designed to prepare students for mobility in the field of adult corrections. The curriculum includes certificate options for individuals already employed by the Arizona Department of Corrections (ADC) for advancement, transfer, or specialization in the categories of program officers, parole officers, and supervisory management.

These opitions are designed to increase the competency of employees in the criminal justice field. Experience as a correctional service officer will be applied toward these certificates. The certificate credits will apply toward the ASS degree in Adult Corrections.
