NOTES:
Phoenix started
their scoring in the first inning with a sacrifice fly by Sonia Medina, scoring
Delane Oscarson. Deanna Camacho then
hit a home run for the 2nd score.
The Bears continued their scoring in the second inning as a double by
Samantha Zadel scored Melissa Nieman and Juliette Martinez. Phoenix scored their last run in the sixth
inning when Janette Martinez came home on a walk drawn by Zadel. Mesa posted both of its runs in the fifth
inning behind three hits. Mesa was held
to four hits total by PC pitcher Ramie Garcia, who struck out seven and walked just
one.
