This was a tightly
contested game. Pitching by Ramie
Garcia was great with only a 3 hitter. The outcome not known until the bottom
of the seventh when Deanna Camacho singled in the winning run. Phoenix had 12 singles but could scored just
the three runs. The Lady Bears left eight
runners on base. This win completed a two-game
sweep of Mesa Community College.
