Sarah
Hodge, a two-year starting defender at Phoenix College, has signed a National
Letter of Intent with the University of Bridgeport.
"This is so exciting for Sarah," said PC Head Coach Morgan

with Hodge. "She couldn't be more deserved of this opportunity to
continue her academic and athletic career at Bridgeport. Sarah brings
some very good things to the table for the Purple Knights. She is very
athletic and very strong. She has a hunger to learn and a thirst to win.
She is a very physical player, which is one of the
reasons that she was recruited by Coach Nilerud. Sarah will thrive under
him because he is a great coach and a great guy who knows what he wants
out of his players. I an not sure I can express how proud I am of her...I
can only wish her the best of luck."
