Coach Ezell enters her first year at Phoenix College and 14th year coaching women's basketball. An Arizona native, she has played in the Arizona Community College Athletic Conference (ACCAC) and coached as an Assistant Basketball and Head Cross Country Coach at South Mountain Community College. Coach Ezell's experience includes 5 years as an assistant coach at the NCAA D-II level, one year experience at an NCAA D-I institution, and, most recently, four years as an NCAA D-II head coach. She has had the opportunity to play as a defending NJCAA National Champion, coach in a Sweet Sixteen, and coach All-Americans. Coach Ezell has a Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Science from Arizona State University, and a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Bloomsburg University. She brings with her a great enthusiasm for working at Phoenix College.
