ACCAC Player of the Week
(week ending September 4)

SARAH TESLEVICH
Phoenix College

Sarah Teslevich of Phoenix College is the first ACCAC Player of the Week of the 2004 season. Teslevich helped the Lady Bears to three wins last week. She posted 14 kills and 42 digs against Grand Canyon JV. In Phoenix' win over Pima, the sophomore connected for 17 kills and had 17 digs. She then posted 17 kills and 23 digs in downing Yavapai.

HEATHER BARON
Scottsdale

Heather Baron of Scottsdale Community College is the ACCAC Player of the Week for the week ending September 11. Baron helped the Lady Artichokes to a pair of conference wins last week. She posted 15 kills and 17 digs in a 3-0 win over South Mountain and then had 15 more kills and 23 digs in a 3-0 victory over Phoenix College.

Arizona Western

Arizona Western's Ludmilla Francescatto is the ACCAC Player of the Week for the week ending September 16. Francescatto helped the Lady Matadors to a win over Scottsdale with 10 kills and 15 digs. She also recorded many big games in the Matador Classic where Arizona Western finished with a 5-3 record.

Sarah Teslevich of Phoenix College is the ACCAC Player of the Week for the week ending September 25th. Teslevich, who is the first player to win this award twice in 2004, helped the Lady Bears to a pair of ACCAC wins this past week. In a 3-0 win over Eastern Arizona, she had 28 digs and 5 aces along with 14 kills. In Phoenix' win over Mesa, Teslevich had 17 kills, 21 digs and 3 assists.

STACEY RAY
Arizona Western

Stacey Ray of Arizona Western in the ACCAC Player of the Week for the week ending October 3rd. Ray, a freshman from Gilbert, helped paved the way for three Lady Matador wins last week and keep Arizona Western unbeaten in ACCAC play. Ray had 24 assists and six digs in a 3-0 win over South Mountain, 25 assists and three digs in a win over Mesa, and 28 assists and nine digs in a victory over Pima.

JOHANNA BEGAY
Glendale

Glendale's Johanna Begay is the ACCAC's Player of the Week for the week ending October 10. Begay helped the Lady Gauchos to a pair of ACCAC victories on the week. She posted 22 kills and 17 digs in a 3-1 win over Mesa and then had 32 kills and 25 digs in a 3-1 win over Eastern Arizona.

SHARISA SHIFLET
Scottsdale

Scottsdale's Sharisa Shiflet is the ACCAC Player of the Week for the week ending October 17. Shiflet helped the Lady Artichokes defeat Phoenix College and maintain their one game lead in the Division 2 standings. She had 46 assists, 13 digs, five blocks, and three aces for the match.

ALLISON CARROLL
Chandler-Gilbert

Chandler-Gilbert's Allison Carroll is the ACCAC Player of the Week for the week ending October 24th. In a loss to Scottsdale, Carroll had 32 kills, nine digs and five blocks. Against Arizona Western, she posted 23 kills and 11 digs with 7 blocks and, in a win over Yavapai, she recorded 24 kills with 14 digs and three blocks.

SARAH LOBSTEIN
Phoenix

Phoenix College's Sarah Lobstein is the ACCAC Player of the Week for the week ending November 1, 2004. Lobstein helped the Lady Bears lock up the second seed in the NJCAA Region I Division II Tournament with a 27-dig preformance in a win over Glendale. Against South Mountain, Lobstein posted 12 digs and a .714 hitting percentage.
