Todd Brown, a 6-0 attacker from Yavapai College, is the NJCAA Division I Men's Soccer Player of the Week. Brown led the Roughriders to a 2-0 record on the week, outscoring their opponents 19-1. In a 6-1 win over South Mountain Community College, Brown tallied a goal. Three days later, he became the first player in Yavapai history to score six goals in a game to lead Yavapai in a 13-0 win over Scott Community College (Ariz.). Brown currently leads the country in goals scored (9) and points (19). Yavapai, the 2002 and 2003 national champions, is 4-0 this season.
