(for the week ending December 4th)

MARIA CORDERO

Maria Cordero of Central Arizona
is the ACCAC Division 1 Women's Basketball Player
of the Week. Cordero helped the defending National
Champions get off to a 2-0 start in the ACCAC by
averaging 20.5 points and 10.0 rebounds for the
week.
Cordero posted a double-double
with 18 points and 15 rebounds in a 109-35 win over
Pima and then had 23 points and five rebounds in
an 85-54 win over Yavapai.

SARAH HAYS

Chandler-Gilbert's
Sarah Hays is the ACCAC Women's Basketball Division
2 Player of the Week. Hays, a freshman from Gilbert,
Arizona, helped the Lady Coyotes to a 2-0 ACCAC
start.
Hays scored 18 points,
pulled down 12 rebounds and blocked six shots in
a 62-55 win over Arizona Western. She recorded another
double-double withe 10 points and 10 rebounds in
a 66-58 win over Mesa.

DANIELLE GREEN

Central Arizona's Danielle
Green is the ACCAC Division 1 Women's Basketball
Player of the Week for the week ending December
11th. Green helped the Vaqueras to a pair of decisive
wins last week.
In a 99-44 win over Eastern
Arizona, Green had 18 points, 13 rebounds, and
eight assists. She ended the week with 24 points,
nine rebounds and nine assists in a 113-59 win
over Chandler-Gilbert.

Ashton LeSueur
of Mesa is the ACCAC Division 2 Women's Basketball
Player of the Week for the week ending December
11th. LeSueur helped the Lady T-Birds to a pair
of ACCAC wins last week.
LeSueur 15 points
and eight rebounds in a 74-67 win over Arizona
Western and then had 11 points, seven rebounds
and four assists in a 72-52 victory over Glendale.

AISHA MOHAMMAD

Central Arizona's Aisha Mohammad
has been selected the ACCAC Women's Basketball Division
1 Player
of the Week. Mohammed helped the Lady Vaqueras remain
unbeaten by scoring 22 points and pulling in 17
rebounds in a 91-46 win over Mesa. She then dropped
33 points and 11 rebounds on Glendale in a 126-46
victory over the Lady Gauchos.

Chandler-Gilbert's
Nikita Gordon is the ACCAC Women's Basketball Division
2 Player of the Week. Gordon had a 12 points and
6 rebounds in an 86-69 win over Pima and then posted
27 points and 10 boards in a 95-80 win over Phoenix.

DANIELLE GREEN

Danielle Green of Central Arizona
is the ACCAC Women's Basketball Division 1 Player
of the Week. Green helped the Lady Vaqueras stay
undefeated on the season by posting a 16 point-8
rebound game in a 86-34 win over Arizona Western.
She then posted a triple-double with 30 points,
16 rebounds, and 10 steals against Phoenix. She
also had eight assists against the Bears.

Glendale's Breann
Hautala is the ACCAC Women's Basketball Division
2 Player of the Week. Hautala scored 14 points
and had six steals in a 68-53 win over Pima. She
ended the week with 34 points and seven rebounds
as the Lady Gauchos beat South Mountain in double
overtime.

DANIELLE GREEN
Central Arizona
For the second consecutive
week and third time this season, Central Arizona's
Danielle Green has been selected the ACCAC Women's
Basketball Division 1 Player of the Week. Green
put up huge numbers in the Vaqueras two wins
last week, helping to keep the defending National
Champions ranked #1 and undefeated.
Green posted a triple double
of 20 points, 14 rebounds and 10 assists against
South Mountain. She then had 35 points, 13 assists,
seven rebounds, and five steals in CAC's win
over Scottsdale.

Mesa's Jamie
Nesbit is the ACCAC Women's Basketball Division
II Player of the Week. Nesbit tallied 16 points
and dished out eight assists in a T-bird win
over Cochise and then posted 12 points and eight
assists in a 70-46 win over Pima.

Yavapai's Rachel Bailey
is the ACCAC Women's Basketball Division I
Player of the Week. Bailey had 20 points and
13 rebounds in the Lady Riders' win over Mesa
and then had 19 points, 10 rebounds and four
blocks in a 74-40 victory over Glendale.

Chandler-Gilbert's
Sarah Hayes is the ACCAC Women's Basketball
Division II Player of the Week. Hays, who
also won the same honor back in week one,
led the Lady Coyotes to a pair of ACCAC victories
last week. In a 72-65 win over Eastern Arizona,
she had 14 points and 11 rebounds. Hays then
tallied 28 points and 18 rebounds in a 92-89
win over Arizona Western.

Mohammed is the ACCAC Women's Basketball
Division I Player of the Week. Mohammed
had 29 points and 18 rebounds in an 83-57
win over Yavapai. She then posted 18 points
and 15 rebounds in a 106-35 win over Eastern
Arizona to keep Central Arizona #1 in the
nation and undefeated.

Tanisha
Bitsoi of Scottsdale is the ACCAC Women's
Basketball Division II Player of the Week.
Bitsoi helped the Artichokes beat South
Mountain 66-58 by
scoring 15 points and dishing out six assists.
Scottsdale then upset #6 Chandler-Gilbert
83-66 with Bitsoi leading the way with 21
points and six assists.

SOPHIA LENARD

Sophia Lenard of Central
Arizona is the ACCAC Women's basketball
Division I Player of the Week. Lenard
helped keep Central Arizona undefeated
and ranked #1 in the nation by averaging
21 points, seven assists, and 6.5 steals
per game in two victories this past week.
Lenard scored 22 points,
dished out six assists, grabbed five rebounds
and had five steals in a 113-40 win over
Chandler-Gilbert. She then posted 20 points,
eight steals and eight assists in a 90-59
victory over Mesa.

Breann Hautala is the ACCAC Women's Basketball
Division II Player of the Week. Hautala
scored 27 points in a Glendale loss to
Mesa. She then finished the week with
a flourish as she drainded a career-high
39 points in a 104-88 loss to Scottsdale.

Anders is the ACCAC Division I Women's
Basketball Player of the Week. Anders
helped Yavapai to a pair of ACCAC wins
last week.
In a victory over
Scottsdale, Anders had 24 points, nine
rebounds and five assists. In the Roughriders
win over Cochise, she had 15 points
and nine boards.

Nesbit of Mesa is the ACCAC Division
II Player of the Week. Nesbit came up
big as the T-Birds won two ACCAC games.
In the win over Eastern Arizona, she
had 20 points and six assists. She then
posted 15 points, seven rebounds and
seven assists against Phoenix.

Mountain.

Week for the second straight week.
Nesbit helped Mesa to a pair of close
victories last week. Against Scottsdale,
she had 26 points with five rebounds
and six steals in a 58-54 win. Nesbit
then posted 15 points and six assists
in a 76-75 win over Cochise.
