Correct - This is Case Type II. Case Type II, known as mild periodontitis, displays mild to moderate bone loss of up to 20-30%. A fuzziness can usually be seen at the crestal lamina dura.

Notice the periapical radiolucency which indicates pathology at the apex of the lateral incisor.
