Case Study #34

After processing this film, it appeared totally black on the upper third of the radiograph. What is the reason for this error:

the milliamperage was set too high during the exposure
the exposure time was too short
the film was overdeveloped
the white light was turned on while the film was still entering the automatic processing unit
