That response is incorrect - this is the nasal fossa, also known as the nasal cavity. The radiopaque line immediately below the nasal fossa is the lateral wall of the fossa.

Notice that the radiopaque line formed by the lateral wall of the nasal fossa and the radiopaque line formed by the floor of the maxillary sinus intersect. This intersection of the two radiopaque lines is called the "inverted Y" as it appears like an upside-down Y. The "inverted Y" is located above the maxillary cuspid.
