The best choice would be Citanest Plain as it does not contain epinephrine and provides from 2 - 4 hours of soft tissue anesthesia when used for regional blocks. When used for infiltration, Citanest Plain provides 1.5-2 hours of soft tissue anesthesia.

Citanest Forte, Duranest and Marcaine both contain a 1:200,000 concentration of epinephrine, which was contraindicated for this patient.
