visible plaque on many teeth at the gingival margin which you removed with the toothbrush and a gentle scrubbing motion

brushing the plaque from the teeth revealed white spot lesions (as pictured to the left) on Jessie's maxillary central incisors and lateral incisors (a total of 4 teeth) that appear to have chalky, white opaque enamel at the gingival margin
