Faculty may use this form to request the creation of an online/hybrid/resource course on Blackboard. Faculty must be trained before using Blackboard, see the Training Calendar.
eLearning Online/Hybrid Course Application
(links to eLearning Grant applications as well)When requesting a new online/hybrid course for future semesters, use this form. If you need eLearning Grant funding (FY 2008-2009), this form will also take you to those applications. Lead applicants must be Resident Faculty, however, Adjuncts can develop courses as well.
