Project Timeline
The estimated project timeline is as follows:
04/06 - Department Liaison Meetings completed
04/11 - CMS training for site administrators begins
04/23 - Customization of changes for pre-selected departments begins
04/30 - Department sites populated
06/22 - complete system delivered to Phoenix College and loaded on our server.
06/22 - Beta Testing - Phase I
07/07 - Hard Launch - Phase II
07/22 - Hard Launch - Phase III (old site is gone!)
07/31 - Goal to have website buildout completed.
