Emergency Procedures
If
benzil makes contact with your eyes, flush eyes with plenty of water
for at least 15 minutes, occationally lifting the upper and lower eyelids.
If contact with skin occurs, remove any contaminated clothing
or shoes and wash contaminated area of skin for at least 15 minutes
with soap and water.
If ingested, DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING! Get medical aid. Rinse mouth
and drink 2-4 cups of milk or water.
If inhaled, remove from exposure and get fresh air.
