Beyond airing the series, ASU has convened a coalition of members representing organizations and educational institutions, to include Phoenix College, in bringing to light the struggle of students who fall victim to the sorting machine that leaves them off the college track. Together, the coalition makes up the Arizona Engagement Campaign whose objective is to bring to light the struggle of students in college attainment, while focusing collective energy and resources on one high school toward student success. Carl Hayden High School has been chosen as the focus of this coalition and Phoenix College plays an important role in the success of this project.

10.                       United Way FAQ

      Q. What is United Way's "Results That Matter" Fund?

A. Quite simply, the Results That Matter Fund is the best way to address the issues that matter most in our community with a single contribution. It helps more people with different needs than any other charitable contributions that can be made in the valley. Trained, knowledgeable volunteers carefully evaluate and invest funds in local results- driven programs. And when you give to the Results That Matter Fund, you help provide lasting solutions to the most critical human care needs in our community.
