News & Achievements

• Congratulations to Kristin Anderson, chair of the Dental Programs Department. Her department recently nominated her for the “Revolutionary Leader” award that is sponsored by the Chair Academy. Kristin has served as the chair of the Department of Dental Programs since Fall 2001 and is being recognized by her peers for her administrative excellence.  According to her colleagues, she continuously encourages others to strive for teaching and administrative excellence.
Congratulations Kristin, we truly appreciate all that you do for Phoenix College.

• Last night was a very special evening for the Phoenix College  Interior Design Department. You may recall that this program was selected to be part of the team to renovate the Wrigley Mansion. Our students and faculty have worked on this renovation since last May and a special event was held last night to celebrate the new additions and looks to the Wrigley Mansion. Our students and faculty have done an exquisite job of respecting the history of the Mansion while updating its look and ambiance. Congratulations to all of the PC student interns and faculty members Ken Roberts, Sylvia Phillips, and Cynthia Parker who served as internship supervisor.
