1. The FIPP (Faculty in Progress Program) class of 2003-04 visited Phoenix College this week to listen and interact with a panel consisting of former PC FIPP graduates and their mentors. Their visit was well received and proved to be enlightening and informative. The FIPP program is a 9-month internship designed to provide teaching experience, mentorship, and professional growth opportunities that result in knowledge and skills necessary to better prepare candidates to seek competitive employment in a residential teaching position at the Maricopa Community Colleges.
